With 5-second accuracy, the Northwest Instrument NETH503 Theodolite is capable of precisely measuring angles in horizontal and vertical planes. It has an integrated advanced glass encoder, single-axis tilt sensor, dual backlit LCD screens and built-in optical plummet for fast and accurate setup.
Precise Angle Measurements
The NETH503 digital theodolite features photoelectric incremental encoding that generates a precisely defined number of pulses to measure angular direction of movement. This highly advanced technology ensures the most precise and reliable measurement of angles.
Telescope and Tilt Sensor
Its powerful telescope with illumination features 30x magnification and 4-inch resolving power, producing crystal clear and bright images even in low light. This advanced surveying tool also has an integrated tilt sensor that monitors shifting and errors in vertical angles.
For quick and easy digital readout of both horizontal and vertical angles, the NETH503 features double-sided LCD displays and keypad. The large keys enable construction and surveying professionals to convert degrees and percentage grades and easily access the horizontal-zero slope function.
Long Battery Life
