Leica Rod Eye Plus Receiver
With a working range of up to 1,500 feet, the included Leica Rod Eye Plus laser receiver makes the Rugby 260SG very efficient outdoors. It has anti-strobe protection that detects only the Rugby laser and ignores the flash coming from other sources and two, large graphic displays on the front and back to improve reading accuracy.
The laser detector has three accuracies that allow you to work with a fine, medium or coarse band width. It also has three bright LEDs, nine arrow display channels and audio output that allow you to lock onto the laser beam. This Leica laser sensor has a detection height of two inches and a versatile rod bracket that ensures solid mounting to both square and oval rods.
To use several lasers on the same site, this Leica dual grade laser is equipped with a beam masking function that turns off the laser beam on up to three sides to prevent unwanted disturbances. It also locks grade changes to prevent errors and alerts you if the device has been moved or bumped and self-levels within +/-5 degrees.
The Rugby 270 SG has a rating of IP67, making it dustproof and water resistant up to 3 feet. It is one of the toughest and most durable lasers in the industry with its high impact, glass filled housing and a solid metal base. This dual grade slope laser operates up to 70 hours using alkaline batteries and approximately 40 hours using rechargeable NiMH batteries.
This Leica dual grade laser package comes with a Rod Eye Plus with bracket, carrying case, laydown bracket, NiMH rechargeable battery pack, charger, AC power cable and a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
